Power of attorney to collect debts and documents, 1909
Power of attorney given by Bibi Agha, wife of the late Karim Khan and the guardian of her underage children, to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get her rights and any document from whoever claims the guardianship of her children, and to resolve any disputes; the attorney's fee is one-tenth of what she receives. Bibi Agha Khanum's seal is at the end of the document.

Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar. The lawyer is allowed to keep the daughter's uncle, Mashhadi Haji Muhammad Baqqal [the grocer] informed. Dated July 18, 1907

Power of attorney given by Karbalayi Zayn al-‘Abidin Nahhas [the copper dealer] known as Karbalayi ‘Abid [the devoted], son of Muhammad ‘Ali, to Muhammad Baqir ‘Attar [the herb seller], son of the late ‘Ali Munajjim [the astrologist], in order to manage his financial matters during his absence from Shiraz.
